I am putting out a call to the Women to share your stories of transition and transformation!
I believe that times of major life change can be our catalyst for transformation. The time of transition, when the old way is no longer and the new way is not yet known, is the ripe in-between time when we have the opportunity to let go of all the old stories (made up of patterns, beliefs, roles) that no longer serve us and open up to the truth that emerges from within when we learn to listen and trust our own true voice.
I am committed to creating containers for women to share their stories, speak their truths, and listen to themselves and one another. It takes courage to show up and share our stories with one another. Through the telling and sharing of our stories we are transformed.
I consider this blog a container for our stories of transition and transformation. May this be a place for each of you to read other women's stories and feel inspired, connected, and empowered to speak your own truth, whether through a story you share on these pages and/or in your life beyond this virtual world.

I feel the powerful energies of change and transition within me. They are the waves that move my blood, the wind that breathes me alive, the pulse that reverberates through me.
I believe that as women we are even more intimately connected to the energies of change as we cycle through our own flow each month, linking us to the moon and the tides, the world within and around us.
We are changing women. And we need to tell our stories of these changes, for ourselves and for one another.
As we allow our voices to be heard, we encourage others to share. As we weave our stories together, we remember our connections to one another. As we speak our truth, we fuel our life force.
